Sara has decided against enjoying bath time.
Every since we were in Jonesboro for her birthday, bath time has been a living nightmare! She runs when we talk about playing in the water. Which it is quite comical to see a 30 inch naked baby running around the house and hiding behind furniture, but it sure makes it hard to keep the baby girl clean. We have tried warm water, cold water, with toys, without toys, with pacifier, without pacifier, back in her old blue tub on the kitchen counter, and in the bathroom sink (which seems to be working right now). I guess next we're going to let her bathe with her teddy, a great comfort to her when momma and dadda can't get the job done. So, needless to say, if you have any advice about bathing, please share with us.
Sara worshiped so hard at church this morning!
Mrs. Sue and Mrs. Treba teach Sara's class. Then, today was the first day she went to a children's church while Greg and I were in the auditorium during regular worship service. Normally, we go with her after the first few songs. But, today she soloed just after communion and did wonderful! She loves to walk around church greeting new friends while cautiously keeping an eye on momma and dadda. When she's not meeting new friends, she is pulling the cards out from behind the chairs. She just hasn't gotten the hang of putting them back up. As you can see she had an active worship this morning...
